Still here??

January! I haven't posted anything since January! I fail. Sorry:( I have loved the posts that some of you have been putting up though. It is nice to hear about the updates...so here are some of mine...

-I'M 17!!!!!!

-At the end of May, I quit soccer. It still is pretty shocking to me. My life is completely different. Now, I've been putting a lot of time into cross country. I love it so much! I'm sad I can only do it for one year. The coach is amazing and the team is really friendly.

-ACT study?.... bleh. I can't wait until this test is over with. I just want to get into college!!

-Vacations.. non existant. What kind of a summer is this? I went to the Tetons last month with Alyssa, Jenny, Emily, and Morganne. That was a blast! Parents: send me on another trip this summer. Please? Not a camping trip..an actual trip :D California? Vegas? Europe?

-Work. Still over at Texas Roadhouse. Still loving it. Still eating rolls. Still getting bashed on because of my Yankees hat. Still making money. Still feeling...poor. Come visit me :( I'll give you a basket of rolls. Ask Sean.

-Making new friends:) Gotta love it..

-I'm really excited for us to be seniors!! Time flies huh? One more year.. :S Anyway, hopefully more posts to come...? Until then...have a great summer :D Be safe..and laugh a lot!!! Be crazy!

New Year, New Start

Happy 2009!! K, so..I'm almost a month late and I apologize. I love this part of a new year, and well, a new semester in school too. You get to start with a clean slate and make new goals!! yay!!
Here are some of mine for 2009 (as of now):

1. Get better grades. Holy jeez, 2nd term was bad. I'm so disappointed in myself. I'm definitely need to stop slacking off this semester.
2. ACT/SAT: it is time to buckle down, study hard, and get ready for college.
3. Change my "spend money" attitude before it becomes an addiction: ever since I started my new job, I've been spending money like there is no tomorrow. It hasn't gotten too bad..yet, but it could very soon. I need to stop. Haha, I say that as my memory goes back to this morning when I spent..$400!!
4. Boys: that's all i need to say.
5. Learn to drive a stick: can someone teach me please? :(
6. Lose weight: ali's feelin a bit chubby.
7. Finish the Twilight series!: ...oh my heck
8. See Twilight!!: k, this I know will be accomplished.
9. Figure out this soccer situation: oh man. I never thought this day would come.
10. Keep making goals as the year goes on.... nuff said

Christmas.....

Wow. Here I am, it isn't even one yet, home from the dance..posting on my blog... I'm lame. These are mostly the pics from the dance. I don't really know what to say about it.... disappointing? No, that's an understatement. I guess I should just really think things through before jumping in and asking someone. I'm not blaming it all on him, it isn't his job to make sure I have a good time. Still though... I guess I was just expecting a lot more since my previous dances have been so so so so awesome. The highlight of my night--seeing all of my friends:) Jumping into the middle of some of your dance circles...that was the most fun I had all night. Had it not been for my wonderful friends, I would've come home a wreck. Thanks for saving me :)

Quirk #1. K..I'm kind of stealing this one from kristie but I can't go to sleep unless my door is ALL THE WAY shut. Even if it is open just a crack..it bothers me.


Quirk #2. Apparently I talk to myself when I do my homework..according to my family.


Quirk #3. When I play soccer, I have a retarded left hand that doesn't stay down..it is hard to explain. You just gotta watch it sometime haha.


Quirk #4. Whenever I eat a sandwich or toast, I never eat the last bite...for some reason I don't like it.


Quirk #5. It is really hard for me to fall asleep unless my radio is playing.


Quirk #6. I have this weird obsession with quotes and song lyrics. I tend to think deeper about them than I should. I even have this stupid quote book that has no purpose but I write in it anyway. It just makes the day better :)
